New Energy Renovation Project
Retrofitt, part of the BuildUp group, took part in 2022 in the rehabilitation of 32 collective buildings in Roubaix as part of the EnergieSprong programme.
The objective: to achieve net-zero energy over 25 years, thanks to 1,551 m² of prefabricated façades integrating insulation, airtightness, and optimal thermal performance. A major step forward in the fight against energy loss in Europe.

An Industrial Renovation to Achieve Net-Zero Energy Over 25 Years
To achieve the ambitious goal of net-zero energy over 25 years, the project relies on the EnergieSprong approach, which revolutionizes energy renovation through an industrialized process.
After a precise diagnosis of the existing buildings, factory-made prefabricated façades are installed on-site.
These façades integrate high-performance thermal insulation, an airtight membrane, and highly energy-efficient windows. This creates a continuous thermal envelope for the buildings. In addition, the installation of high-performance systems, such as double-flow ventilation and photovoltaic panels, enables the buildings to produce as much energy as they consume.
A synergy of expertise for EnergieSprong with a sustainable Impact
This collective challenge would not have been met without the solid commitment of our partners.
Alongside Retrofitt and BuildUp, Vilogia, the visionary project owner, leads the project with ambition. They are supported by Septalia and ALTEREA, who manage the project and provide energy engineering. Meanwhile, AIP, DUJARDIN, and Pouchain SAS contribute their expertise to ensure the technical and operational success of the renovation.
Together, we go beyond mere rehabilitation. We are sustainably transforming the real estate portfolio to combat energy loss in Europe in a concrete way.
